For prospective members with retail experience, we provide assistance to launch a first retail hardware store, home center, or lumberyard. We’ll pair you with a professional business consultant to help you perform a feasibility study and to develop a business plan, action plan and timeline, as well as establish your customized inventory assortment. Special discounts and professional merchandising assistance are available on the original order.

We also specialize in assisting multiple-location members as they add new locations through purchasing an existing store or building a new store from the ground up. If you’re interested in expanding or rebuilding retail selling space in a single store location, we can help with that as well. In either case, we provide project management, market research, special dating and discounts, and professional merchandising assistance. A project manager will help you develop a business plan and guide you from initial market research all the way through to your grand opening.

Each category has a planogram with an optimized selection of products and special pricing incentives, allowing you to both meet your customers’ needs and improve your bottom line.
