Their exclusive goal is to help members grow their business and achieve their dreams. While we will make suggestions and recommendations, we understand that the final decision is always the member's because they are in the best position to know what is right for their store and their local market. 
The Do it Best Corp. territory manager assists members in a wide variety of ways, including store needs assessments, competitive assessments, business planning, and much more:

  • Promotions, advertising, and special events
  • Annual or quarterly budgets and financial reviews
  • Employee development and training programs
  • Store development, expansion, or remerchandising projects 
The Do it Best Corp. territory manager will also call on other experts to help our members' businesses grow in specific ways. These experts include retail performance managers for comprehensive store improvement projects, paint development managers to help build a complete and profitable paint department, and store designers to help turn member stores into selling machines that stand out above the competition.
