Site and Market Analysis

Looking at all the data for several possible locations around Wisconsin, Brian settled on Richland Center, reasoning that it was an under-served community and therefore his best opportunity for success. When the ideal site had been selected, the next step was store design. Brian’s initial plan was to build the store parallel to the busy highway that would bring them shoppers. This approach utilized the building site more strategically, and the team designed a second, welcoming storefront facing the highway to draw in customers.

For all of his stores, Brian has chosen the fully branded Do it Center option. It has been important to him from the start that his stores have an identity that is larger than one location can create on its own.
